Hello all. I have a spare PC for folding, it was using a 8600GT but the heat was too much, avg 98c lol. I had a powercolor HD 6450 kicking around so I removed the drivers and installed the new card. Everything works fine just my BOINC is not using the card. I don't know much about BOINC, I did see this card listed in the wiki list. Did I miss something going from the old card to this new card? Is this card not able to fold? Win XPpro AMD only supports OpenCL up to Catalysts 12.1 on Windows XP. Any driver after that has no longer got OpenCL support on XP. You can use the AMD driver version cheat sheet to keep up with things. Thanks for the reply :) I found a 12.1 driver pack, I'll do a driver clean and see what happens. Cool cheat sheet, that's a keeper. As for the other errors, I had the the GPU suspended but forgot to reset the projects, got them fixed. Since I never got a "this card won't work" type error I wanted to try and get this card folding. Rolled back to 12.1 and my card is now folding. Not bad temps either 53c at 100% Here's a link to the drivers I'm using in case someone else needs them HD 6450 XP Drivers Thanks again Ageless. My universe has broken down ..quick call a quantum mechanic
