Hello,
I've installed BOINC 6.12.33(x64) under my _user_ Windows account, by running the installation file 'Run as administrator'. But there are some problems do appear.

Immediately after an installation I was able to add my SETI@ and Rosetta@ projects.
But after rebooting of the PC BOINC returns some error message: 'Connection Error: The password you have provided is incorrect, please try again'
There is another kind of error message available: 'Connection Error: You currently are not authorized to manage client. Please contact your administrator to add you to the 'boinc_users' local user group.'

Where is a problem?

Did you "Allow all users on this computer to control BOINC" during installation? If not, uninstall and reinstall BOINC.

You'll have to select "Advanced" on the "BOINC Configuration" screen to be able to select that.

In this FAQ entry, there are some screen shots, though the topic is slightly different.
