Which projects are you attached to?
Can you link to one or more of the errors you had?

There have been reports about something in the latest Windows Update breaking BOINC, but reports have been sporadic. Can you please try to update to BOINC 6.10.21 to see if that fixes it?

I have been doing some searches on the 0xc0000135 error, it seems to be pointing to a non-existent or broken (corrupt) .Net installation. The problem with this is, that neither BOINC, nor any of the project's science applications should use .Net.

However, if 6.10.21 does not fix it, you can try to (re-)install all versions of .Net to see if that fixes it. It is possible something in the latest Windows Updates needs it.

Hi!

I found a partial solution to my problem but it is not ideal. I have reinstalled boinc (6.10.21) without "protected application exécution" and now it work, no more computing error, but I have to leave a user loguin all the time for BOINC to crunch data during the night...

Thank's

Are you sure? As your next returned Seti task shows exactly the same error.

But I add to stop-ip for the day.

What do you mean with that?

Ah, OK... is the computer still on between those times?
If it is, you may want to change the "Network usage allowed" option to those two times.

That is meant so your computer can continue crunching between those times, but it only has internet connection at the other times. Or vice versa.

Do set the Computing allowed times back to equal times, like 17:00 and 17:00, to disable that setting.

The possible cause of the problem with error 0xc0000135 is the file permissions. boinc_project account under which BOINC apps works hasn't read access to windows\system32 directory and couldn't find all needed system dlls.

I had such error with Collatz and WUProp@Home projects. WUProp couldn't find WS2_32.dll, and Collatz couldn't find nvcuda.dll.

I added boinc_project to Users local group and all works now.
