Scheduling in deadline order within projects

With reference to Jord's answer here: https://setiathome.berkeley.edu/forum_thread.php?id=78932&postid=1759666#1759666 I understand it doesn't make sense to schedule by deadline in general. However, would it make sense to schedule by deadline within a project? I have missed deadlines because it did a task with a less tight deadline before another task with a tighter deadline within the same project. |

Tasks within one project can have varying deadlines. You'd probably end up with the same problems as in the general case. |
